Ken you will find a thread on this a while back but as I said then I am back to running 10w again after trying 15.

That said though, you should measure your spring lengths to be sure that they are still within specs.

Mine are still well within specs but I found I got a better result/ride by preloading them with the tensioner on three and a further 7mm - 8mm spacer on top of the springs.
I live up in the hills and the roads are pretty shitful so my front end has to work pretty hard when I give it a flogging.

hi ken,,  I'm with melb to mate,, 15 wt seems to tighten the front end up nicely,,,

the purist say to use 15,, do a search mate, there was a thread not long ago about this very subject with brands and specs

I had 10wt, but went with 15 wt this time around. Seems to be better IMO. Somewhat less sloppy up front.

Hi,
What rating of fork oil do you have in your forks ?

I have the front end apart at the moment, some bits at the chromers and now polishing up the forks.
So, I may as well flush out and refill the forks while they are off.
I think the manual says 10 wt ??
