Hi Christian, small mistake on my part. 
  for whatever reason they are called ROAD RIDERS now, no other letters to go with it except V68.

  have just fitted them and come home, the ride is confident even with the wax, and $375 fitted for both tyres.

  hope this helps. mentioned your trouble finding them, he said no probs.       wasn't till fitting on the bike I realised the name change.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT, Mine not Ripleys'
  Am up for new tyres,[ back one has let go in the tread],so I ring my man up here, NEW AVON ROADRUNNERS front & back;D;D were here in 2 days.  Will be fitting them tomorrow morn.
  And yes, they are still made in England,the same as the old days.
 
  So if you want them and can't get them, they are still readily available up here, give us a yell & something will be worked out.

I got a front am20 90/90H19 avon roadrunner. don't know if that's any good to anyone?  Has got tread n all still on it  . Carl

Need An Avon Road Runner 4.50/17
It will be old but that's OK
For Mal Pitman (XS1100 race fame) to put on the 1978 winning XS for show so tyre does not need to be road worthy.....I don't think.
