Dont want to change it, just like to know my options for the future if I ever do have problems with them, and I've already done the wire fix thing.

Where did you get your Boyer setup from? I checked thier website and they only seem to list options for XS650's. And they XJR1200 carbs... what were the hassles of fitting those??

as long as the blocks and lobe don't or aren't hitting, nothing really goes wrong, exept for the wires breaking,,,{ it,s never happened to me}, a proven fool proof system

Yep, thats what i'm talking about, the Ignition Pickup Coils. Someone recently, on one of the many sites, said something about early Honda TCI's being similair, so it follows that the pickups may be similair also. Just wondering, there's nothing wrong with mine (touch wood), but it would be good to know if there's alternatives off more common bikes here in NZ. Parts for 11's are like rocking horse shit over here, and just about everything I've had to buy has come from the States.

Just a question at this stage, I dont have pickup problems, but I was wondering if there are other pickups out there that would work on our bikes. Seems to me if there are other coils that are adaptable there is a high likleyhood there may be pickups as well. Anyone know?, Anyone done it?
