Mikes XS has a front assembly part#08-0265 which says it will suit.
I haven't found anything for the rear but have sent them a message for a possible solution.
Interestingly you can get caps, gaskets, diaphragms etc but not the reservoirs. (insert perplexed emoji here)
Any help or suggestions appreciated.

Hmmm in isolation may go through bits and see if I have enough bits to rebuild some???

Mikes XS has some universal ones with incorporated mirror mount + a remote reservoir rear
