Well boys & girls, it looks like you're all ready to go, I've been reading with interest all your preparations.  I hope you all have a great time and safe travels.

I will be on the roads on my bike also this weekend, I have to go to Adelaide for a function on Sat 2nd and have elected to use the XS rather than drive my car or fly, I will be leaving tomorrow and staying with a mate in the Flinder's Ranges then travelling together on Friday, he's using an ex Police BMW but beggars can't be choosers.  Even though the ride won't be as long as last year's I'm still looking forward to it, any opportunity to get away on the bike is always a good thing.

Once again take care & I look forward to seeing the photos.

Cheers
Paul

hey Hen
how about pannier lids - you lost one last time we were out as I recall.....

Jeff
Thx mate - I exaggerate a little about the bucket of bolts - but the last trip to Bourke it really did sound like a BoB compared to Hen's freshly reconned machine for sure.
