I think it says "CYCLEGLAS"....did a search and hey BINGO !!

Tim I had one of those on my first XS I'll try and find a picture. It seems it was a copy of a R100RT BMW. It was a great fairing that kept me dry in the worst weather.

I think Errol has mentioned somewhere that it may be of BMW origins.What is the wording above the headlight?
