Hi Ras, thanks for the feedback. Lots of little jobs on the list like speedo and removable bag rack that incorporates the rear indicators before I take for another spin. Just gota get stuck in and get it done.
Glad you reminded me so I don't get carried away and slap the fibreglass on and then think back in hind sight  ::)

Mostly thinking out loud here. You may want to take a run down the road with that in place and see how the wind affects you. If it is buffeting you badly or any other kind of concern, then you can change it before you make the final shield. Then you can also play with things like an unturned lip at the top or wider bottom etc, if any adjustments are needed.
Easier to do it now than after your pour your heart and soul into making the perfect job of the windshield as metal is easier to form to what you want.
Is a cool look and I like it a lot, just looks to me like it would deflect the wind straight to my head. Just my thoughts.

I couldn't find what I was after for the rectangle headlight so I have started making my own.

I made a template out of cardboard then transferred that to sheet metal. Thinking that is not really kosher so the plan is to use this as the mould for fibreglass. Another idea is to use Perspex, heat and use this as a mould again but I haven't looked into that yet. Did a little of that at school once and seems simple enough a process to use here?
Want to tweak the shape a bit still.
