91 RON for me with a shopper's docket.

Can't get any better performance or milage with higher Ron no matter how much I kid myself.

ay beemeer,, if your getting 160 out of the top  of tank,, don't complain, that's better than what I'm getting,,150

as far as fuel goes mine doesn't run any better or get any more distance running on anything other than 91, { plain old unleaded }

brilliant example of our grand dads too,,,be proud while riding that one

I wouldn't bother with anything above 95 octane.  All the Brit XS11 owners use 95 - no problems with it, no need to pay more for 98 gas. Saving money = buy more bikes.  ;D

I used 98 octain in all my bikes, am I doing something wrong?

Took the XS on it's first real run with the VVCMC on Sunday, bike went well although don't expect too much from a tank of fuel, the low fuel light came on at 160K's and I was on reserve not much later, here is a pic.
