If you do it correctly you need only do the registration once.
If you save the link as a bookmark it is always a good idea to do a refresh every now and again and REMEMBER your passwords.
Admin is always able to redo any registrations (as I am learning  )
It has to be a bit hard because a while ago some twits got in and almost sunk the site, took me a whole weekend to try and fix it.
Now I do a full web backup every couple of days so at least if it ever happens again we are only 1 day behind.
