this is the proto-type Brian,, just to make sure I was on the right track.
the next one will be the one that I put my name on

with out making this post as long as some of the stuff I,ve read and studied, the biggest downfall with the original exhaust is that the header pipes aren,t the same length, the outside ones are shorter because of lean angles, not much but enough,, which is why the balance pipe runs between the 2 near the footpegs, to even out the exhaust pressure between cylinders,
remembering that really we have four motors  linked together, same as we need the carbs synced we need all other aspects synced also, so with exhaust pressure, 4 into 1,s do that to an extent,, which is why they work really well at one point of the engine power curve not across the wider range

I,d been annoyed for ages that to fit my towbar on the bike looked silly with the pipe sitting so low, it started the idea of moving the whole thing out of the way and this is what I came up with,  the next one will be more compact and hopefully adjustable ??? :-X

oooohhhh,,,,,,, nearly forgot, fair chance it will stainless too, :-*,, just for Jonesy ;D ;D ;D ;D

That's worthy of some mention Geoff maybe at the next rally. I took some photos at Nymbie but I think it is a little complex for my arc welding skills. Is it now complete or is there anymore mods in store? Coops

how many fellas' spotted the new pipe on 2013 bourke rally standard bike
nobody said or commented, all the eagle eyes may have been resting

and then here also, it was supposed to be unveiled then but this oil leak put pay to that

from here over the next 12 mnths  it was modified a bit more, mainly for leaning angles and a little for more air restriction

this a bit of an explanation of the making,,,

APPOLOGIES BEFORE HAND, am trying a new thing with the videos,,it pretty rough, it didn,t come out quite right

I love Evs reaction to it,, he was the only base that I had to work with that knew what our bikes are like
