Dunno if any others are having problems with glare from the headlight inside the fairing on their RH. It is particularly bad on mine without the little dash panel that sits across the bracket atop the gauges.
Here's my take on a quick and cheap / free fix.
^ The problem. Lots of glare from the headlight inside the fairing shell
^ The fix. Take one strip of stiff plastic 15 - 20mm wide and cut it to 64cm long exactly. This should push fit inside the headlight opening of the fairing and butt up against the outside edge of the lens retainer. In my case, I cut up an old plastic plantpot which was just the right thickness. (3-4mm)
^ Before
^ After - much less glare inside
^ Doesn't look too agricultural from the outside either. As just a pushed in fit, it's done the trip tp Bourke and back plus lots of trips to work and it's still there. If you'd prefer, a dab of silastic or similar on the inside edge would stop it from falling out
