Welcome John.  I know the "grim death" thingy.  But what a way to go! Rode with Christian this week, and going up heartbreak hill from Rose Bay to Vaucluse in Sydney she performed magic.  I'm convinced.

Never a more proud passenger.  Me bloke rode like a demon!  Glad to know you. :)
Wots yore excuse? :-x

Can't do overnighters. Sorry :(
That leaves out overseas voyages. :'(

Top idea.

Now if we can only get some of the members to list where they're based, this could be big.

Hi all. I'm picking up my new acquisition this Saturday. its an 81 model XS special and I can't wait to gat my hands on it. I have a few other bikes (you can't have too many, I reckon. The other steeds in the garage are '08 XZ10, 1981 KTM250GS, Honda CR480RC ('82 model), '04 KTM450EXC, pit bike &  pocket bike. The ZX10 is lots of fun but my girlfriend is a bit tired of hanging on for grim death on the thing when I take her for a "leisurely cruise" on the thing. After finishing the resto on the CR480 I thought the next resto should benefit her as well. hnece the new XS
