Yeah Jonesey. It's a pity Staintune don't make them for XS's. They'd be the ducks whatsits.

Paul, Ive had a few contacts through Ducati pipes they have made (I have a set of their "replica conti's" , I dont have them on a bike I wasnt overly impressed by the quality, nothing like the standards of Staintune thats for sure.
I have also used a local bathurst firm - HiTech exhausts out in the industrial park off the oberon rd , they custom made a set of large bore ducati 2 into 1 Gianelli pipes for my race bike. Amazing work. They had to make jigs , and fabricate the whole thing from nothing. It was expensive $2000, but what a pipe and a great result.
They could and would make you anything if you go out and se them. If you have an old set for templates etc that would probably lower the cose too.
Ask for Dwayne, tell him I recommended them, you just never know and they are local.
Hope that helps.
regards
Grant

Hi Jonesy, I found the site a little while ago and put up a post about it here - CLICK
I didn't ask the finer details about them but had a quick look back just now and spotted this statement on the motorcycle exhaust page
"Quote"
Mufflers are guaranteed against corrosion and mechanical failure.
"Unquote"
Maybe someone down that way can drop around and ask them personally and check out the quality of the pipes?

Has anyone seen heard or know anything about the stainless replica exhaust made by Overlander from Warnambool in Victoria?
cracking? warranty work or the like? do they scrape? note?
its a big outlay and I'd like to find out as much as I can first. They dont even have a photo on there website  so I'm really keen to hear any word at all. Or another local manufacturer?
