Last one I got was from eBay off a Midnight a special in the US. Cost around AUD$200 shipped.
Just checked and there is only one on there in poor condition for about the same $$$$$.
Last one I got was in mint condition and took me 6 months Of checking before it was listed. It arrived in less than a week.
