Got any nifty ideas on keeping benches clear??? I give mine the once over but they just clutter up again within minutes of finishing the tidy up.

Great idea for the lead. I shall implement a setup based on your design (with your permission of course) as soon as I can clear enough floorspace to safely get a ladder in the garage.
Your bike cleaned up really well. What better way to spend a drizzly cold public holiday than to clean up your classic machine.

here's what I did in mine

used old bolts instead of new eyes

stretched out across the shed off the floor, not under foot

all pushed away ready for next time

was going to buy cloths line wire but had some light rope that did the job

this is how I spent my w/end

and after hrs of TLC

am especially happy with the pipes, they came up well for 5 yr old  8)
