Re-assemble the internals ( Pistons) with rubber grease it vastly improve sensitivity.

bit of a squirt of wd or inox or the such will help with pull apartness

from the drawing I have, "item 12" appears to have a split pin that needs to be removed before sliding out
Hi Paul,

That's correct, iv'e removed that, it might be that the pin is bent and therefor refuses to move, I might pull the one from the spare bike and see if it is any easier, Thanks

O.K. got it out with Vise Grips but it took some really hard pulling, probably explains why they aint workin all that good?

Brake calipers HELP.

I have the calipers off and apart as I have a few times, but I want to pull the slider part out as they seem seized , is it a thread bolt to remove, I'm struggling to get it apart, I've given it a tap but don't want to go further, in the parts list it is part number 12 *PIN SLIDE* I'll go out and keep going with other things I need to do, appreciate advise?

This is an RH BTW
