is it electrolosis in the metal or something that could be soda blasted off/out,, go find a local blaster that does soda, then polish

Sand blast, bog and paint,
unless theyre so bad the wheel's lost its strength.

Does anyone know of any method of repairing bad pitting in aluminium wheels? too deep to polish out.
I want to fill the holes then repolish if that is posible
