my little moment was on my older brothers z13, having only had my license long enough to ride choock chasers,
it came about that I ended up being pillion some how and on a back road near home he asked if I,d like to try riding it,
I straddled this thing that was 4 feet wide {in comparison to a xl 250}, and started up the road,
was rolling nicely at about 110kph and this arm reaches over my shoulder grabs hold of my hand on the thottle and starts rolling my wrist down,

:o :o :o this thing started going really quick, reallly quick, and from then on I new I,d end up with something big that went just as well

Epiphanny- On any Sunday
« Reply #1 on: August 24, 2012, 10:43:18 PM »
I had one of those moments tonight when I sat down and watched a Dvd of "On any Sunday".
I saw this for the first time at the Wintergarden theatre in Brissie sometime in 1972?? (showing my age here) and realised tonight that this was the movie that lit the fuse of my motorcycling life.
Anyone else got a life changing moment (or 2 hours) to bring to light??

If anyone wants a copy, just let me know. It's really old stuff, but it's great!!
