I do not own a video camera, nor do i film my self or take pictures of every step that ive taken i have a very limited time to work on the bike so i dont spend it documenting. When riding season is over i will disassemble for inspections perhaps i will have time for further photos. This iphone is junk it takes crappy pictures and videos so deal with it, sorry for any inconvenience.

Yeah, Christian. I have my limitations where it comes to the video stuff, and I know them, but this thread has been going since early January, and we've yet to see one good still photo of the chaindrive unit, which is the main point of the exercise.

May not be as good a film producer, give him time to get it together and sorted.
I know in my case I am terrible at documenting stuff that is done.

Still no pics of the chaindrive unit itself?
Shadowy vid of the bike doing a burnout on a shiny concrete floor also proves nothing.
Mine'll go through all five gears on that type of surface.

Still waiting for some actual sharing of info to happen here.

In PGNZ's case, he has step by step build threads on the UK site that show everything in detail.
Plus numerous vids on the tube showing the bike at speed on some choice stretches of mountain roads which prove his bike actually goes and handles like it should.

all very good but when are ya gonna start describing how you've rigged the drive unit?  tsk tsk..  and geometry-wise it'll need a different stance to partly nullify the long wheelbase and to handle corners with no effort,   as it is now with the stretched base and 19" front, that bike will have the laziest steering on the planet,  next needs a shorter beefier-forked 120/70/17 radial front wheel setup to match the rear tyre and the ass-end will still need jacking-up at least another four to six inches higher than it sits now to gain decent steering response.  Especially if it's a standard soft R1 spring on the back

No idea how much weight was saved but despite the long swingarm it handles extremely well, i will have to get it on a scale just to see though.

Im glad that there is so many naysayers in the group it brings me great joy to hear how i do things differently than others just keep it coming i find it entertaining as hell, and if welding pipes together was bad for them they wouldnt weld frames together they would be cast and i wouldnt have a job as a pipe welder, im glad that some people dont like how it looks or how things are put together because then that makes it different and thats what brings the spice to life and as far as where i post i got about a half page in the introduction section and my post was moved by someone with more power than me so talk to the higher ups and have it moved or deleted if this concerns you so damn much

I wish i could but the frame stiffners consist of roung stock inside the frame where the shock mounts up all you can see outside is two welds on the shock bracket

steveo  I appreciate the time and effort you've put into your bike
....... but inserting solid bar inside the tube section then welding it back up really doesnt achieve any gains in adding stiffness or rigidity to the frame.......you probly just weakened it by putting the frame tubes through the carbide precipitation process that comes with welding, especially at a stress point like the shock mount.

What sort of smug turkey shows a bike build on a bike forum but refuses to answer any queries or questions about the bike?

If there's a short chain connecting that pointless jackshaft arrangement,  tell ya the short fekkin chain won't last a month of riding before stretching to death,  and it'll always be subject to snapping on ya anywhere anytime.  Goes well with the wimpy swingarm though
