Make sure the rubber plug wasnt off the spigot after balancing them.  ;)

Check for leaks around the rubbers.

Could be the fuel level in that bowl is way out of level (too low).

Hey Jonesy,

In comparison to the other 3 the #2 spark was like a torch with a flat battery, it was dull,  and there was the intermittent "popping" sound of a spark shorting out somewhere.  I looked for it but could not find.  When I grabbed the lead and held onto it the pulses were weak. (normally I cannot hold on for any lenght of time with a good one)

I'll stick another coil on and see what happens next.

Cheers

Eddy

Hey Eddy
when you say the spark was really weak? was it a real pale blue? or?
maybe the bikes No 2 plug lead is dodgy......bit of mucking around I know... but can you put a coil from another bike in there to prove its not the lead?

Hey folks,

Just had my first tinker with the Carbitune and Colourtune.

Bike tinkered with was the RH.

Balanced the carbs which was quite straight forward and the improvement was immediately noticable.

Did the colourtune and thats where I came into difficulties.

#1 No problems.
#2 Couldn't adjust the spark either way.  The spark was extremely weak and when I got close it sounded as if the spark was "escaping" from somewhere (the intermittent popping sound)
#3 No Problems, and
#4 No Problems.

Any Ideas???????? ???
