Dont know of the names you mentioned but I used to see there flag flying at quite a few rallies in the day. I've been to a rally at The Tooma Hotel in NSW organised by the Canberra United National Tourers. Pretty sure that what the initials stood for. You wouldnt really show the rally patch to your Mum.

 He helped set up & start the Casper rally at the Lithgow dam.
