I think this one from the UK site looks to be a bit more sorted.

I wonder how well the uni joint would hold up with the swingarm on such a severe angle? It's not that it would level out much while riding due to the torque reaction when you hit the throttle. It'd be trying to drive the rear tyre under the bike.
