Thanks Pete  and Jonesy I did lube abit with brake fluid I'll try your idea with caliper off many thanks

Remove the caliper. (this will allow you to twist and turn and look closely into nooks and crannys)
Wipe the whole caliper dry
Find some plywood or something to simulate disc and put between pads
apply the brakes, maybe hold on with an occy strap to keep pressure on
while you check closely for leak

TIP....dabbing around with a tissue or bit of dunny paper will highlight any moist spots real quick.

hey brian,
is the leak from the pistons or the banjo bolt?

did u lube (brake fluid or rubber grease) the seals before putting the pistons in,
or did u put them in dry?

This is just driving me mad. Have replaced brake caliper pistons with new ,also new rubbers seals etc, bled brakes fantastic difference in braking with new brake lines etc. Now after aq day or so small drop of brake fluid in both front brakes just standing. Can anyone point me in the right direction many thanks Brian
