For those hard to find parts at fair prices it is worth asking Andreas on the XS11.com site.
http://www.xs11.com/forum/member.php?u=42I bought a TCI from. He was very helpful, knows these bikes inside out and usually has a few bikes that he is parting out. Prices are fair (I paid $100 for a late model TCI).
Downside is that he doesn't take Paypal, so I had to weigh in with a bank transfer fee of $25.
