Nice mate.....slim, taught and terrific...just like you

Fung - you got instructions with yours?? Luxury....
the green on the assy is earth - black on bike
yellow on assy to yellow on bike
the other colour to the one thats left :)
I drilled new holes in the guard to match the assy (and got it a fraction off centre)
and rubber mounted it - ran the new assy wires up under the guard to put the connections
under the seat out of the weather
Pete - its BRIGHT!!
I will need to fit a reflector to the bottom of the number plate
so as not to fall foul of the law - apparently.......
Christian - trim taut and terrific my arse... :D

Right.........
been for a ride - bike stood in the rain overnight - water in the LED light unit...... :(
should've sealed it wif sum silicon before assembly - should not have to though -
disappointed.... :-\
-
So what happened? you should be able to dry it out and seal it.
Try cleaning it up with some metho or if you have it IPA....do not use WD40 or the like that will stuff it.
Alcohol, let it dry then seal it.

Yeh mate - thats true..... but I shouldn't have to - should have been sealed ex factory
