What you need is Toyota TCM  part  # 901004
  available @ your local CBC / SKF / ALLIED BEARING store

Hey Bros,

I've also replaced mine with: "U/J KIT - Toyota T.C.M. RUJ-0603" from CBC Bearings. About $34.00 from memory.
Looks like it is the same one but has a different part number. Perhaps unique to CBC?
