Great news will have transport to awards night. Below is answer to my email.
Hi John,
Thank you for your email.
We expected a big response and got it.
Yes Ascot will have a large member population staying there and yes a bus / buses to take members to the dinner at All Seasons is planned picking up from both parks.
Our planning will obviously include this information as we get closer to the rally date.

Hi Phill
Thanks for all your hard work and the other organizers.
My name is John Henley from Qld Gold Coast
I tried to book at Rally central park on the weekend but it was booked out so myself and 6 others are booked at the BIG 4 Ascot caravan park. Do you think it could be possible for the arranged transport for the awards and dinner on Saturday night could swing by this location, I am sure other members will be staying at this location.
Regards
John Henley

Are you blokes going to hold your bookings/payment for food etc till the new date or get a refund? and re book when the new date is confirmed?
-
This from the VJMC
Hello all. Just to let you know that due to the worsening Covid situation in NSW and Victoria the 2021 VJMC National Rally has been postponed to the weekend of March 25 to 27 in 2022.
-
Jonesy, I am going to leave my payment and deposit in place. Haven't spoken to the Accommodation yet.
I think keeping the option open for a smaller gathering is a good one, should be able to put it together at fairly short notice as restrictions come and go.
-
Yep I am staying put and waiting for March
-
Have just contacted Phil, he said regos will move to new date no problem, we need to contact accom only to change dates
-

I've rebooked the accommodation for the new date. They have another large gathering in the area so demand is high, as are the new prices!
