Title: 8" headlight ?

With the info below, can the brains trust tell me if this would be an 8 inch job
It is a round one but cant tell size from sellers photo
INFO ABOUT THE BIKE IT WAS TAKEN OFF OF.
FRAME # 4H3-000592 (LOC 5C2L & 2M)

MOTOR # 4H3-000592 (LOC 5C2L & 2M)

BUILD DATE: 11/79

Here s one from Germany ...there is some past talk of certain yrs of the SR 500 having an 8 in headlight.
Maybe you could ask the seller to place a tape measure across the lens and take a pic...to confirm it is lens that is 8 in and not the bucket .
May pay to ask...that it is a halogen insert lamp and not the sealed beam type.

Remember this headlight is for Germany it dips to the right hand side therefore not the side of the road you are on. Yes it takes globes not sealed, I bought one for an SR500 but yes its not meant for Australia wher the beam is not dipped either side
