Hi all after a great rally there comes the trip home not as eventful as the trip to the rally its self it gave me thinking time ie the front guard bracket fastening the trusty zip ties let go on one side and there was a rattle every bump and crack so I tinkered an easy fix from a bit of metal strip I found in the shed and the oil line O rings also where replaced
yam part no 93210-14369 this bit fits a few models no more oil leak
thanks also to Steptoe for the improvised laminated cardboard gasket fix
so heres the pics of the front guard holder

Tim,
Please don't take this as a criticism but your spin on oil filter protector looks a bit bodgied.
I am keen to see a close up of the fencing wire.
The good news for me is that my position as the owner of the most original XS looks safe
whilst ever Aussie innovators such as your good self continue to produce.

Thank you Scotty
bodgied maybe I look at it more as a quick fix with what I had to hand like all new ideas it will develop
fencing wire you say lol more like recycled pub tray
as for your title of most original XS that's yours
the innovations will continue
Tim :)
