Title: New footpegs
Post by: Eveready1100 on May 28, 2013, 02:43:22 PM
Just received a package from the US containing an original SF gearlever and brake lever.
These are to complement my new NOS SF footpegs I bought off Eddy at the rally. Thanks heaps, mate!

Didn't realise how far back my pegs were till I saw them against the originals. Methinks maybe a bar swap may be in order to keep the ergonomics right.
It'll give me a chance to give all that rusted chrome on my old ones a good clean up, at least.

Now you have new footpegs, you'll have to slowly replace the rest of the bolt on bits with NOS....... :D ;D

That could turn out really exxy doing it that way, Eddy
Don't worry, it'll be quite presentable when I do clean her up.
