Title: worn ignition switches
Post by: steptoe on November 15, 2011, 09:21:20 PM
some thing to check on these old girls,

the resistance between the ignition switch tumblers and the key,, during a ride with Ev  I found there was none,, none at all in the on possy, where a bump of any size may "kick it out" with very little in the off which doesn't matter I suppose,
just sheer luck they landed where they did, considering I needed it for fuel in 20 klm, and was nearly 100 klm from home

a small plastic clip of some sort will be bought to fasten it to the bike
