 it definitely wont fit a square clocked standard XS 1100....should look like the one wiz posted in the 2nd photo first page of his rebuild progress

its got no neutral indicator light,
should fit ur special tho ev

Geez, I missed that. Just went out and had a look at mine. It's definitely not for an Xs11. Standard, Sport, or Special. My bad!

they said  80 -81 special, i thought theyd all be the same.

Here's the original Special one from some time ago. The Neutral, High beam, and Low fuel lights are in the tacho

 yeah thats  different to the rh,
im sure u wouldve seen steptoes. 
blinkers, oil light and neutral light in the centre
and fuel and high beam in the tacho.
